 Hemp‑derived CBD (≤0.3% delta‑9 THC by dry weight) can be shipped domestically in the U.S.  Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp‑derived CBD with ≤0.3% THC is legal to produce, sell, and ship.  A Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a licensed lab proving THC ≤0.3% is provided with each product purchased. USPS has issued guidance permitting the shipment of hemp through the

mail if you met there criteria. (1.) Self-certified statement that the documents are

accurate and truthful. (2). A copy of the license issued to the hemp producer by

FDACS. (3.) Provided Lab reports showing a delta-9 THC concentration of no more

than 0.3%. A Notice to law enforcement documentation is also provided.   Packaged goods are sold "As Is" and shipped within 1-2 Business days. Once the courier has your package "No Refunds" will be provided. Legit Hemp llc does "Not" offer exchanges and is "Not Liable" "Nor Responsible" for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
